
JILIPARK offers a voluntary Self-Exclusion service to help individuals manage their gambling activity on the Site. This policy establishes the procedures, durations, effects, and post-exclusion steps that apply to Self-Exclusion requests, as well as data handling and compliance requirements.
The Self-Exclusion service suspends or restricts access to the Site’s products and services for a defined period at the User’s request. It applies to all wagering activities, account features, and promotional communications associated with the User’s account on JILIPARK. Restoration of access is not automatic and requires an affirmative, written request after the exclusion period ends.
Participation in Self-Exclusion is voluntary and available to registered Users. Individuals must be at least 18 years old to gamble on the Site. JILIPARK prohibits participation by minors and may implement age-verification measures consistent with applicable laws and its Terms of Use.
Requests must be submitted in writing from the email address used at the time of registration. All Self-Exclusion requests should be directed to the designated contact point: [email protected]. The request must expressly state the User’s intent to apply the Self-Exclusion service and specify the intended exclusion period.
The User may select a fixed exclusion period from the following options, subject to the confirmation of the Operator’s policy:
Exclusion periods beyond three years may be subject to termination of the User’s registration and return of funds in accordance with the Terms of Use and any applicable withdrawal policies. The Operator reserves the right to determine the enforceability of unusual requests in line with its governing documents.
During the Exclusion Period, the User’s access to the Personal Account and to all Site services is denied. The User will not receive advertising or other marketing materials from the Site. The User may not attempt to circumvent security controls or bypass access restrictions. Any outstanding bets or cash balances remain subject to the Terms of Use and applicable withdrawal rules.
Restoration of access is not automatic. After the expiry of the Exclusion Period, the User must submit a new written request from the same registration email to restore access. The Operator may require identity verification or additional information before reinstatement. The Site will respond to restoration requests within a reasonable period and will not reinstate access before the expiration of the selected Exclusion Period.
Funds held in the User’s Account remain subject to the Terms of Use. In the event of termination or permanent closure of the User’s account following a long-term Exclusion, funds may be returned in accordance with the Terms of Use and the prevailing withdrawal policies. The Operator will provide applicable instructions for the withdrawal of remaining funds and any necessary verification steps.
All Self-Exclusion requests are processed in accordance with the Site’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Identity verification may be conducted as part of the Self-Exclusion process to prevent fraudulent requests. Personal data collected for Self-Exclusion will be used solely for purposes related to the Service and will be retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy and legal obligations.
